RubanStatus (status.rubansoftwares.com) does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the platform. We collect the following limited data:
- Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type). This is anonymized and does not identify you personally.
- Search queries: When you use our search feature, the query term is stored anonymously to help us improve content.
- User-submitted status: If you submit a status message, the text and your optional name are stored. No email or contact information is collected.
- Favorites and recently viewed: These are stored entirely in your browser's localStorage. We never receive or store this data on our servers.
Cookies & Advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history. You will see a cookie consent notice when you first visit.

Data Retention
